What is an MOT and Why do I Need One?

An MOT check (or MOT) is an in-depth examination of your car performed at regular intervals.

To avoid any potential unseen issues and keep your Land Rover running as smoothly as possible you’ll need to bring your vehicle in for an MOT once a year (if you own a new vehicle, you should book in at the end of the first three years for your first MOT). Your MOT will be undertaken by specialised Land Rover-trained technicians with state of the art workshops and diagnostic equipment to give your vehicle the most thorough inspection possible.

A standard MOT inspection checks over 150 safety and emissions related systems on your vehicle, including the lights, steering, brakes and suspension. This not only ensures your vehicle meets legal requirements but ensures you’ll always have the ultimate driving experience.

Does my MOT have to be done by Peter Vardy Land Rover?  

Not at all. There's no requirement for you to bring your car to any Jaguar dealership to have an MOT.
