Gen+

Gen+ Leaders is an innovative leadership and meta-skills programme for schools. 

Our goal is to instil and inspire the next generation with the skills to learn, lead, and thrive - allowing every child to develop their unique skills and talents. 

The course, delivered as part of the PSE curriculum, has been developed by teachers and ed-tech leaders. It takes a playful, adventurous approach to blended learning and the online platform has gamified, engaging interactivity. Students pick an avatar and strive for digital badges as they learn how to build resilience, communicate effectively, act on initiative, and lead authentically.  

Gen+ is a Scottish charity with big ambitions: our vision for the Gen+ Leaders programme is to reach every young person in Scotland, encompassing 360 schools and 290,000 young people within the next five years.  

Launching this year, Gen+ Teach is a new learning platform for schools designed to support teaching professionals in their leadership and skill development. Gen+ has also partnered with the University of Strathclyde Business School to provide a first-of-its-kind leadership in education course for teachers – sharing best practices from the commercial sector with schools across Scotland.
