Peter Vardy’s Vauxhall Motherwell Dealership wins Customer Excellence Award for 2018

What a proud day! The Peter Vardy Motherwell Dealership has been awarded another National Customer Satisfaction award by Vauxhall. The dealership is celebrating being one of only 52 retailers in the whole of the UK to receive the Customer Excellence Award for 2018.

The Vauxhall annual Customer Satisfaction Survey revealed the Motherwell Dealership to be one of the UK’s top performing Retailers for customer satisfaction through their outstanding levels of customer service within their sales and after sales processes.

The team at Motherwell strive to place customer satisfaction at the forefront of their daily routine to provide each customer with the best experience possible during their visit and after they leave. So, receiving recognition for their dedication to customer service is always much appreciated.

This is the fourth time in four years that the Motherwell Dealership has been presented with this award and has ranked highly in the Vauxhall’s Customer and Service Satisfactions Surveys.

To celebrate this special accolade, Vauxhall’s Aftersales Director, Andrew Robson and Group CEO, Peter Vardy presented managing partner, Scott Reid and his team with their Customer Excellence Award at the Motherwell Dealership. However, the dealership will not become complacent and will do their best to maintain this level of satisfaction and retain the award for another year!
